Payments reduce the Accounts Receivable account.

Member Records can be accessed as 'customers.'

  • Handle multi-location processing. Each location is processed separately as selected by the operator; any number of locations may be processed.
  • Complete customer file maintenance and reporting.
  • Print alpha or numeric customer reports by location.
  • Location file maintenance and reporting.
  • Bank file maintenance and reporting (used for bank reconciliation).
  • Interactive entry and editing of new receivables, including charges and cash sales, is allowed.
  • Establish recurring charges that occur on a periodic basis.
  • Edit Report shows information entered in data entry. Edit and post reports include totals for all customers. An option is available to print reports in entry, customer or invoice number order.
  • The Accounts Receivable General Ledger distribution Report shows detail allocation of each invoice. This information is retained and later reported in detail or summary form in the General Ledger through automatic interface to the General Ledger.
  • Provides full balancing and control totals for complete auditing.
  • The Accounts Receivable Aged Trial Balance is printed on request, either for all customers or for selected customers. Aging is by invoice date. At the operator’s option, the detail within each customer may be suppressed, thereby showing only the summary aged subtotals for each customer.
  • Print Late Notices and Delinquent Customer Reports for specified dates. These reports show all items due by customer.
  • A complete audit trail is provided on any invoice.
  • Print a History Report, allowing selection of the transaction codes, for a range of dates and customers. Balance forward amounts may be printed. Can be printed by General Ledger account number.
  • Print statements in detail for each customer that has activity in their account.
  • Payments may be applied to specific invoices or applied to the oldest invoice on a customer-by-customer basis.
  • The current activity that has been fully applied may be purged to history. History is kept in detail and may or may not be purged at the user’s discretion.
  • Inquiries showing the transactions and balances due are available on the open items file and the history file.
  • Finance charges may be automatically generated for each delinquent customer.
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) receivables are supporting using NACH (National Automated Check Clearing House) banking protocol. This application is built into the system as an integrated capability.
  • Receivable entries can be made using a check imager. This identifies the payor, the check number, and stores an image of the check during data entry. Your deposit endorsement is printed on the back of the check, and the deposit is made electronically using standard NACHA processing.
