- Each person's function or position and their involvement status within the activity are tracked, together with date of enrollment and other user-defined information. This information is quickly entered, changed, or deleted, and can be printed or viewed in many forms.
- Attendance can be tracked for multiple activities together (combined). When tracking combined and multiple activities together, attendance reports may be printed showing the combined attendance information.
- Print reports, personally addressed letters, photo directories, name tags, postcards and address labels for each activity or position/function within activities. Track up to five additional user-defined attributes of attendance (brought visitor, studied lesson, made reservation, etc.) in addition to present/absent.
- Activities are grouped by activity group and activity sub-groups. Sort and select by many criteria when writing personalized letters or printing reports. Merge data into a word processor to write personalized letters or cards, print lists, etc. to individuals in an activity.
- Promote individuals and/or groups (classes) from one activity to another or from one class to another.
- Keep attendance history files for each activity for multiple years. Attendance records may be purged to summary statistics, and subsequently deleted as desired.
- Print letters, reports, lists, labels, name tags and postcards for husband and wife, separately or jointly, when both are involved; and can include non-involved spouse's name when head of household is involved, or non-involved head of household's name when spouse is involved.
- Print directories for any or all activities. Print photo directories with text for any or all activity groups.
