Print attendance sheets for each activity. Track the addition of new members, visitors and guests, and non-members present at an activity. Up to five user-defined attributes of attendance, and up to nine user-defined information lines may be included on the attendance tracking transmittal.
Only one keystroke is required to record each individual's presence or absence. Attendance may also be recorded by scanning, which is even faster.
Business card size cards can be printed with barcodes that can be used to automatically enter attendance.
Track attendance at "free-form" activities (i.e., worship), in which there is no enrolled list.Print many types of attendance report, including:
- Attendance information of individuals in any activity or range of activities for any date.
- Attendance report showing presence and absence for each individual in any activity for the past three months, one line for each individual.
- Postcards or address labels may be generated automatically to members who were absent from a particular meeting, or to members with high absent records.
- Permanent attendance files are maintained. Individual attendance records may be printed or viewed for all activities in which the person participates.
- Statistical reports include percentage and numerical attendance records for each individual by activity.
You can purge detail attendance records to summary statistics files (to save data storage space). History files may be kept indefinitely or selectively deleted.
Date forms determine the dates on which activities meet. Designate meeting dates by week, by days of the week, by year or free form for any day. Date forms prevent entry of attendance for an invalid meeting date.
People can enroll in a class or event from the organization’s web site using an Active Server Page provided by RDS Advantage. Reservations for events, and subsequent attendance, may be recorded through the activities system.
The Insta Check-In© provides automated check-in, name tag printing, and attendance entry in one step. Photos are printed on nametags, and parent receipts are printed.
