- For those providing benevolence help for people in need, track information to identify people requesting or receiving help. Identify persons by name and/or social security number, dates of request, number of accompanied children, marital status, gender, ethnic origin, address and how long living there, previous address, contact name and phone, employer, income and occupation/skills.
- Information about aid given includes the type of aid, aid amount, aid requested and received, reason, previous aid given and date, reference and comment information.
