More than 30 different pieces of information about each item can be tracked.
Reports and inquiries can be made on the basis of any or all pieces of information recorded, such as date acquired, title, dates last used, composer, arranger, editor, publisher, the publisher's number, season, text author, media type, purpose, music file, degree of difficulty, scripture/text, copyright, hymn tune, meter, tempo, key/scale, voicing, solo part, a cappella, accompaniment, instruments, number of copies, slide copies, bell octaves, worship chorus, worship order, and comments.
