CHURCH SECURITY
Determine a range of dates and the hours and days for which staff and/or volunteers can access applications and data. Determine nine levels of access for each user – from view and print only, to levels of change, add, delete, and more. No access to the system is available without assignment of a unique username and password. Critical data is encrypted and secured. Notebook entries can be encrypted by user-defined passwords.
Database Security:
• Protect the church's sensitive data via security encryption of employee social security number.
• Check images of payments & gifts in the RDS Advantage church software Receivables & Contributions modules.
• Check signature images used for automatic check signing in RDS Advantage software Payables & Payroll modules.
• Write password-protected, encrypted text entries (ex. counseling notes, vendor & customer communications, human resource data, etc. within the RDS Advantage church software Payables, Payroll, Receivables, & Church Records modules.
• Preserve the church's data integrity by the RDS security software's normalized relational database allowing the user to enter data once but to access it in any of the integrated modules.
Insta Check-In:
• Safeguard children's security at church functions, using RDS Advantage
church software's Insta Check-in, by Taking identification photos of children, parents, and guardians
• Track allergies, developmental issues, health and special needs, etc.
• Issue nametags and receipts for children, with photo
• Assign unique notification number for paging the parent or guardian
• Identify individuals allowed to pick up a child, including photo and relationship
• Print check-in-check-out report for each individual, including group and individual session notes.
• Generate a check-in station report of day's check-in and check-out activity
