Church Security Software Features
RDS Advantage's church security software provides a number of features to protect your church and community, including:
- Enhance the security of each accounting entity (ex. church, school, conference center, bookstore etc.) by accessing separate data files within RDS Advantage church software.
- Create alphanumeric usernames and passwords with an expiration date.
- Restrict a user's access to church data to a specific time period during the day or allow 24-hour access to increase security
- Assign each user's access (none, view, print, modify, add, delete) within each RDS Advantage church software module.
- Protect the church's sensitive data via security encryption of
- Employee social security numbers
- Check images of payments & gifts in the RDS Advantage church software Receivables & Contributions modules.
- Check signature images used for automatic check signing in RDS Advantage software Payables & Payroll modules.
- Write password-protected, encrypted text entries (ex. counseling notes, vendor & customer communications, human resource data, etc.) within the RDS Advantage church software Payables, Payroll, Receivables, & Church Records modules.
- Safeguard children's security at church functions, using RDS Advantage church software's Insta Check-in, by
- Taking identification photos of children, parents, and guardians
- Tracking allergies, developmental issues, special needs, etc.
- Issuing nametags and receipts for children, with photo
- Assigning unique notification number for paging the parent or guardian
- Identifying individuals allowed to pickup a child, including photo and relationship
- Printing check-in-check-out report for each individual, including group and individual session notes.
