Many applications considered “extra cost” or purchased from third party vendors are included in RDS Advantage. Check-in, Library, Scheduler, Web Calendar, Music and Sermon databases, Inventory and Maintenance tables, VoIP phone messaging, and more are standard features.

The database can track up to 10,000,000 families and/or organizations, and each family can have up to 108 individuals in it. There are extensive reporting and communication capabilities. Reports can be quickly generated from easily understood windowed selections. Unlimited report selections can be named and stored for each type of report for future use. Reports can be printed to any print device on the network, printed to a file, or data exported in any popular file format.

Each individual can be enrolled in an unlimited number of activities and each activity can have an unlimited number of enrollees. Attendance can be tracked at any or all activities. Up to five additional user-defined “attendance-related” items can be tracked for each activity. Promotions, communication, and reporting can be done based on involvement and non-involvement, attendance and/or absence.

Track spiritual gifts, small groups, volunteers, classes, time and talent, and just about any subject or event about how people are involved.

Special programs track contacts and visitation. “Quick Entry” programs automate enrollment into the database, contacts, enrollment into activities, and vital information. Contacts can be tracked for unlimited times, purposes and types.

Photographs of individuals, couples and families can be displayed and/or printed anyplace in the system where individuals, couples and families are identified. Photo directories may be printed showing photos and individual text information together.
