Maintain contact with people and prospects, and provide support for outreach and recruitment using the Contact features. Track an unlimited number of contacts and/or visits to individuals, and communicate with them in many ways.
- Use “Quick Entry” to enter information, which is a part of the database of information about individuals and families tracked by the member records database.
- Store, print, and view information about an unlimited number of contacts for each individual, and this information may be changed, deleted and viewed.
- Print visitor attendance lists based upon number of times present or absent.
- User-defined contact types (pastor visits, hospital, evangelism, finance drives, etc.) and contact teams can be recorded.
