Event and Equipment Scheduler

  • Room number, size of room, estimated attendees, allowance for set up and clean up time, and persons responsible are tracked. For facility rentals, users, fees, billing information, and automated mailings are provided.
  • The system checks for scheduling conflicts for equipment and facility use, and guards against double scheduling of either. The user can elect to allow double scheduling.
  • Janitorial reports can be printed to show, for each janitorial group, a schedule of events to prepare for, how to set up each location, and time allowed for set up and take down.
  • Events can be scheduled for single or extended times, on a regular or irregular basis. Extensive reporting capabilities are included.
  • A calendar that can be installed on the organization's web site is included. One or more copies of the calendar can be installed for different uses. Events entered into the Scheduler can be automatically exported to the web calendar.
  • Track employee vacations and time-off and display composite employee calendars.
