- Record contacts to individuals by date of last contact, individual's name, type of contact (which is user-definable), the activity on whose behalf the contact was made, the person or persons making the contact, the team, if using contact or calling teams, date of next contact to be made, text to describe the contact or visit, the geographic location of the person(s) contacted, individual status of the person(s) contacted, total number of contacts made to the person (automatically tracked), and the address, telephone, and other personal information.
- Use “Quick Entry” to enter the above information, which is integrated with the database of information about individuals and families tracked by the member records database.
- Store, print, and view information about an unlimited number of contact records for each individual, and this information may be changed, deleted and viewed by the use of many selection variables.
- Purge contact information (delete) globally based upon family numbers, and by beginning and ending contact dates, contact types, activities, and team numbers.
- Print visitor attendance lists based upon number of times present in an activity in order of most recent attendance. Print 4" x 6" visitation cards, which include comprehensive information about the visitor, information about the last visit, and lines for comments by callers.
